Impax Laboratories Hires Alvarez and Marsal Director as Director of PMI Strategy

Impax Laboratories has hired an Alvarez and Marsal Director as Director of PMI Strategy. In that role he will create and execute strategies to maximize shareholder value through effective integration of companies acquired by Impax.

The successful candidate has held strategy and execution roles at Capgemini, E&Y, and Alvarez and Marsal, as well as founding an LBO fund.
